Patrick Burns graduated from Bloomfield High School and William Paterson College. Patrick was a Dean’s List Recipient and Founding Member of Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity. Patrick is a graduate of NJ Real Estate Academy (Lanoka Harbor NJ) Class Valedictorian and Enrolled in Master’s Program (MSW) Kean University.
Patrick Burns is a 15 year resident of Bayville, NJ (Ocean County). This means I am a local and know the area. I am in touch with the community and know the heartbeat of the area. Father /Custodian of one Daughter, who graduated with Honors from Central Regional High School. This means I know the Bayville school systems and have contacts in the Educational System.
Patrick has a background in construction and home rehabilitation. I am also affiliated with a large retail Home Improvement chain with locations throughout Ocean County. This would give my clients the ability to get home improvement items and projects completed faster and easier.
Patrick is a NJ Licensed Real Estate Agent, Licensed NJ Police Officer, Licensed NJ Emergency Medical Technician, and a Licensed Asbestos/Mold Inspector
